*Booth locations are final and cannot be moved.
*Load-in times are final and cannot be modified.
*Vendors must arrive EXACTLY at assigned time. Late vendors will forfeit their booth.
*Vendors can drive ONE vehicle to booth to unload and load.
*Vendors will have exactly 25 minutes to unload before parking.
*Vendor space is 10ft x 10ft.
*Vendors must remain at the festival from 6pm - 9pm.
*When festival is over, vendors cannot drive vehicles on closed roads until released to do so.
*Electricity, WIFI, and water are not provided.
*All vendors must provide a tent, and tent legs must be properly weighted.
*Tents are NOT REQUIRED, but vendors must have one as backup for inclement weather. Tent legs must be properly weighted.
